Tools & systems¶
TL;DR
The systems an ElfVenger touches day-to-day. Elrond is your primary intake & diagnostic tool (Discord bot). Discord is the ticket channel and tenant comms hub. For billing or deep infra issues, escalate to staff (bsm).
Elrond¶
Elrond is the primary intake and diagnostics tool for Vengers. It gives you tenant subscription history, env vars, pod status, and logs.
Elf-Assessment¶
Elf-Assessment is temporary tenant dashboard access. Use it when a tenant agrees to give you direct stack visibility for troubleshooting.
